Company

The company was founded by engineers from control engineering. From that comes the order in which we look at a project: first the plant and its behaviour, then the controller, then the data, then the application above them. Whoever comes from the application meets the same questions in reverse order and finds the plant at the end as an obstacle.

Today five areas carry the work. Automation and virtual commissioning validate controller and plant. Industrial IoT carries the data from the controller into the target system. Software development builds the applications and interfaces in between. Artificial intelligence and IT/OT security carry the other three: the one with methods, the other with networks, servers and evidence.

Across all areas it is about the same thing: a digital twin that outlasts a project. The simulation model from commissioning becomes a training object and the ground for the next conversion. The asset administration shell keeps describing the plant when variants or reporting duties are added. The data acquisition in operation provides the ground for evaluation and for artificial intelligence.

We develop two products of our own and use them in our own projects. SimReQs is our simulation platform as a Unity plugin, Aurora our solution for acquiring and processing plant data. What a customer project needs can be tailored with them, without waiting for the roadmap of another vendor.
