IQstruct Engineering deploys virtual machines in customer environments and data centres. VMware, Hyper-V and Proxmox belong to our platform portfolio. Depending on requirements, applications can also run directly on servers or in containers; the choice follows the needs of the system.

The choice of platform is one of several decisions: storage, backup, updates and support have to suit the applications. Depending on requirements, applications run in virtual machines, directly on servers or in containers; we use Kubernetes when an orchestrated container platform makes sense.

A certified IT security auditor (TÜV) works in the team. Infrastructure and protection are planned in one project. Dependencies, access paths and affected applications are therefore reviewed together before a change. The agreed procedure includes a maintenance window, the functional test and a documented way back. Ongoing support keeps configurations and responsibilities current, so that later extensions stay traceable as well.
