Certifications

Quality management and information security support traceable cooperation in a project.

A certification is an audit by a third party. It shows that our procedures are written down, that someone follows them and that deviations are noticed and dealt with. For an engineering company working inside the projects of others, that is the ground of every cooperation.

In everyday work ISO 9001 shows in small things: an enquiry gets a number, a quotation a defined scope, a change a written confirmation, a project a closure with handover. None of it stands out while it works; what stands out is its absence.

The TISAX label concerns the documents of our customers. Design states, control programs and cycle times are kept on systems whose access is regulated. Who may see them, how long they stay and how they are deleted stands fixed and is audited. For customers from the automotive industry this is often the condition for being allowed to quote at all.

Quality management

ISO 9001

Our quality management system is certified to DIN ISO 9001:2015. The standard requires defined procedures from the enquiry through project execution to acceptance, along with supplier assessment and the handling of deviations. An assessment provider confirms that they are upheld at regular intervals. The certificate is issued by the certification body of TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH, registration number 12 100 69005 TMS, valid until 3 March 2028. It covers software development, industrial IoT, engineering in automation technology as well as virtual commissioning and PLC programming for special-purpose machines and industrial applications.

Information security in the automotive industry

TISAX

The TISAX label documents the assessed handling of information from our customers in the automotive industry. The basis is the information security assessment catalogue of the German Association of the Automotive Industry; the assessment is carried out by a TISAX assessment provider, and the ENX Association runs the procedure on behalf of the association. The assessment result is available only through the ENX portal and therefore does not stand on this page.

Audits as a service

With a TÜV-certified IT security auditor on the team, we carry out audits for your company, from the internal audit to the supplier audit.

In an internal audit (first-party audit) we check your information security management system (ISMS) against the requirements that apply to you, such as ISO/IEC 27001, TISAX or NIS-2. In a supplier audit (second-party audit) we assess on your behalf how a supplier handles your information. Before a certification audit, a gap analysis shows where your company stands against the standard.

Every audit follows an audit plan with scope, audit criteria and dates. The audit report records findings and nonconformities with their evidence. From these we derive corrective actions and follow them up to the effectiveness review. The certification decision itself is taken by an accredited certification body.

For small companies, a cyber risk check based on DIN SPEC 27076 is a good fit. In a structured interview we assess the state of IT security against the requirements of the specification, and you receive a prioritised list of measures. A formal check under DIN SPEC 27076 requires a separate qualification; our check follows its approach.
