Scope

This statement applies to the IQstruct Engineering GmbH website at iqs-e.de, including German and English pages. The website describes services for businesses. We publish this statement voluntarily. Where the microenterprise exemption under section 3 (3) BFSG applies to our services, statutory obligations for covered products remain unaffected.

State of compliance

We use WCAG 2.1 level AA and EN 301 549 as guidance. This statement describes the documented implementation. A full assessment using assistive technologies is still outstanding; comprehensive conformity has therefore not been established.

The site includes skip links, form labels, focus indicators and alternative text. Full keyboard operation, contrast and magnification remain subject to further assessment.

Content that is not accessible

  • The main menu opens its submenus on hover with the pointer. The submenus cannot be reached with the keyboard; the overview pages of the topic areas, however, can be reached with the keyboard and lead to all subpages. Keyboard operation will be added.
  • The files under /downloads/ can only be accessible to a limited degree: the ISO 9001 certificate is a scan from the certification body. The short check on virtual commissioning and the quality policy are produced with headings, reading order and language. On request we provide each of these contents in another form.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was revised on 15 September 2026 using the available implementation documentation. We will add the assessment date, scope and findings after completing the assessment.
