Combine monitoring, updates and support in one agreed operating model.
Servers and applications keep changing after the handover. Without responsibility for notices, updates and faults, gaps open up between project completion and everyday work.
IQstruct Engineering supports physical and virtual servers, networks, cloud environments, container platforms and infrastructure close to the machines. Monitoring, updates and support can be taken over locally or remotely. Service hours and continuous monitoring are agreed to suit the order.

Monitoring and manufacturer information support early assessment.
Tests, maintenance windows and rollback are integrated into the update process.
Scope of service and response are coordinated with the operating hours required.
IQstruct Engineering supports physical and virtual servers, networks, cloud environments, container platforms, clients and infrastructure close to the machines.
We take on monitoring, updates and support on site or remotely within agreed service hours; continuous monitoring can be agreed through a service level agreement. For smaller companies without their own IT team, IQstruct Engineering thus takes on the role of the IT service provider.
Manufacturer notices and patch notes are assessed in update management. Where possible, we test changes in advance on a test system; an announced maintenance window and a prepared rollback secure the intervention in productive systems.

IT/OT
Changes to servers and access often affect several systems at once.
AI-supported log analysis can complement the monitoring and report conspicuous patterns for human assessment. Dependencies, access paths and affected applications are therefore reviewed together before a change. The agreed procedure includes a maintenance window, the functional test and a documented way back. Ongoing support keeps configurations and responsibilities current, so that later extensions stay traceable as well.

Monitoring reports anomalies. We agree response and recovery targets as well as possible 24/7 coverage in the SLA.
Yes. On the basis of defined service hours and a project-specific SLA, we take on the external IT role.
Yes. This includes access to model and API services, model selection and the integration of a suitable AI harness.
Every industry has its particularities. That calls for a reliable partner who knows the requirements and delivers suitable solutions.
